Chiller

Air cooled stand alone chiller designed for indoor / outdoor operation. Capacity is 1,200,000 BTU’s/hr at rated conditions. Compressor

High efficient scroll compressor, options available depending on application.

Pump

This chiller is equipped with a high efficient, pump and TEFC motor. The fluid types are to be water or water/glycol (for other fluids consult us). Output pressure gauge is standard. Manual bypass to allow customer to adjust output pressure and flow is standard.

Reservoir

200 Gallon Standard – 400 Gallon and larger are optional

Stainless steel tank with fully welded stainless steel couplers; it will include: drain, sight glass, and manual fill tube. The sight glass is easily visible from the exterior of the chiller.

How the Industrial humidifier Works


  • Air is drawn into the unit by a fan

  • Air passes over a cold surface

  • As the air is cooled, it’s moisture condenses

  • Water falls into the container

  • Air is re-heated by the heat recovery system

  • Air passes back into the room 2°C warmer and considerably dryer

  • Defrost system automatically de-ices unit as necessary

  • Unit switches off automatically when container is full

  • When the unit achieves the selected level of dryness, it switches off automatically
